Very good. A common or garden dark blue shirt made so much better by a Marleyesque red-yellow-green stripe.. Shame the sponsor ruins it.

Are they're any French left in France that they have to put African colours on a French football shirt? France is turning into a real mess! Do any real French people even play for the national team at all?

shut up you racist jackass. did it ever occur to you that its possible to be African and French at the same time?
Reply | Reply with quote | Quote

-17 # 2010-05-12 00:55
And how is that possible? Your either one or the other. Ask the average French taxpayer what they think of supporting the "asylum seekers" meanwhile the country is collapsing. Meanwhile OM are celebrating "Africa" meanwhile us people here in France and being overwhelmed in our own country! That's not racism, that's just fact!

oh my god... You're certainly not french to say that.
First of all: check your history books
Then check on the dictionary for "real french" I don't think you'll find it...
After all that, if you can teach me something: Which mess is France turning into?

oh! by the way: I'm french

Mister ThomPSG, I don't think PSG is the best example of a non-African team. How many Paris starters are of African descent?Thank you, you just made my point.

Of course you dislike the kit because of your club beliefs, but isn't originality, so present in this kit, what is so much missing to Paris?

The first Olympique jersey I dislike, in a very long while.
The coloured "rasta" stripe down the left front side just doesn't fit the rest.

Had they kept it without it and also put the sponsor in all light blue, this would have been just another very classy Marseille jersey.
The way it is now, I'm afraid I have to say:

PS - Nevertheless, and once again: great home and magnificent away kit, Marseille!

Wow. One of the nicest ones I've seen so far for this next season.
Very sleek but different. As mentioned previously, OM's design team is great and it shows that as long as the team requests unique jerseys, Adidas can deliver. Very often the teams simply pick a template that Adidas has ready for them tho choose but as seen with Lyon and with my team FC Bayern in the previous years, unique jerseys can be done.

Well the reason for the coloury stripe down the left is to help the manager identify which players are on top form and the ones that are running low on energy..

So a player who is fit as a fox will have green on their shirts while the ones that are tired will have blinking right colours on their shirts..

:D:lol::-);-)8):-|:-*:oops::sad::cry::o:-?:-x:eek::zzz:P:roll::sigh:

I don't know about others but if you look at the shirt and unfocus your eyes on the stripe it appears to be the French tricolor being incorporated into the shirt. This, I believe, is an acknowledgment of L'OM's first title triumph since 1992. I think they chose to do it that way because as far as I can ascertain France does not award a Scudetto/Shield on the Champions' kits for that season.

That's what I think anyway-and naturally it can be taken with a pinch of salt.
