Preston North End today revealed the new Puma home, away and goalkeeper replica kit to be worn in the 2010/11 season.

Manufactured by new partners Puma, the kits feature modern apparel construction techniques with stylish designs, incorporating traditional Lilywhites themes such as hooped socks on the home kit and a return to popular yellow for the away colour.

The contract will see PUMA supply the club with their Technical and Replica Kit and Trainingwear for the next three seasons as Roger Harrison, PUMA UK Marketing Director comments: "PUMA football product has been worn by some of footballs greatest legends over the years, from Pele to Cryuff and we are thrilled to be working with one of English football's most famous clubs and its fans in Preston North End.

Thanks to PrestonNorthEnd

OK home shirt I like, it looks classy and for once that collar works.

away shirt quite generic, looks like a pub teams shirt.

gk shirt - Are puma on acid? but bar that pointless white band it looks quite nice.

Away kit uses the same template as Bolivar, from Bolivian capital La Paz. I think is on the bottom rung of the template ladder, so to speak.

the home looks okay, and the white hooped socks are a welcome touch, but the collar is horrible on the new puma shirts. It should just be a simple v, not with the pointless cuts into the fabric

I like them. Plain but decent. Away will only be used for 1 season anyway.

I really leike the away strip, but the home one gets destroyed by that awefull collar. BUT great to see, that not every Puma-team will wear these weird Boxershorts!

@Ajax Away:
Quite nice, BUT it's not that different to the Chelsea away 09/10...

Home and away kits are bit blah blah as usual, but the GK is great; it may not be to everybody's taste, but at least Puma have tried something different for a change.

I pretty like all of them. GK kit looks really nice to me (return of black GK kits is a good thing), away kit is ok, nothing special. But as many Puma shirts this year, the star-collar spoils the home shirt.

Apart from that, did you also noticed that home socks contain two white stripes on the first picture, but three on the zoom-in ?

@bastien, it's because he's folded the blue bit over the highest white stripe

Pass marks all round but I'm still not totally convinced about this so-called "star" collar.

Bar the star collar, the home kit looks classy, I particularly fond of the socks. Away kit looks slightly outdated.

Home is odd stupid collar. Away looks like an old template but the GK kit is cool

The collar looks a little bit like someone took bites out of it.

Better than this season's Puma template though.

GK kit OK but not as good as the Errea spiderman template.

Home kit works for me - very nice

Away kit - rubbish, could do with a yellow Puma on shorts too
