no I'll tell u those rubber things are on the training versions of the kit... it's also on france's, japan's, and mexico's, and if u have noticed the shirts with rubber things on the back are so tight, that's also because they're training shirts ;)

This is very poor. When will adidas realise that they don't need unnecessary lines and shadow stripes etc and that the best adidas kits (Holland 1974 for example) were just a clean, one-colour shirt with the stripes?. Plus the adidas logo on the shirt is ironed-on. How cheap is that?

What rip-off merchants Adidas are! It's only 8 months since they unveiled the last Russia home kits!

Also this techfit stuff looks awful, it's like something out of an x-men comic. If it is just to help the fit then why not put them on the inside of the shirt?

All world cup cup adidas kits are a big mess of substance over style. They've thrown everything at each one (Japan? Russia? Even making two versions of some shirts?) Shirt technology man, bits of rubbery bits man, climacool bollox man...bullsh1t!! What once was the greatest kit maker in the world (without a shadow of a doubt) is now a vile marketing monster, churning out hideous kits with bits of rubber on them.

adidas are definately excelling themselves. One of the most beautiful football kits I have ever seen. Great move by the Russian FA to go with adidas.

All adidas' kits have been excellent thus far - with the slight exception of the retina-burning Mexico kit, and the park-esque Greece but this, Japan, Argentina and Germany's Techfit kits have been exquisite!

Cannot wait for the Scotland kit to be announced but I can't help thinking it'll be the same as the Greece one!

Such an amazing job by Adidas, but I find it a little disturbing that they have launched yet another kit; I hardly even got the chance getting used to the one with the 'bra-template' (that kit looked awesome too, by the way).
Also, I'm not really into this all-new TechFit thing; I think it's good to be able to buy fitted shirts, but I wonder why they have to be ruined by having those bands on them.
The bands just seem a little...over the top.
Regardless, the overall design of this new kit is just fantastic.
I like the fact that Adidas have continued the broken three stripes, I really liked those last year, so it's good that they have realised how awesome they looks.
Second: the darker shade of red with the gold gold for Russia just is an astonishing combination, not very traditional, but that does not really bother me.
By the way; could anyone explain me what the horizontal golden lines represent?
I am sure that those must have some historical meaning ;-)

wow. handsome on many levels. a nice color of red. the gold stripes have an intricate vintage pattern to them. and the alternating pattern in the red sections is stunning. best kit i've seen in a long time.

Obviously, some of you do not know how to read. The shirts with the rubber design on the back are the tech fit jerseys, the authentic ones russia will use on the field. the ones without the rubber design are the replica shirts.

I think both ForMotion version and TechFit version are made for players, and the replica was made by ClimaCool. I am just concerned whether the ForMotion version will release to public. The retail price of the TechFit version is £100
