Santa Fe 2010 umbro home kit

The independiente Santa Fe website published some sneak preview  pictures of the new Santa Fe 2010 Home football shirt made by Umbro.

Santa Fe will officially present the new shirt on Sunday 28th of February.

The team was founded on 28 February 1941 in Bogotá. On March 23, 1941 Independiente Santa Fe started its activities as a club.

i think umrbo is taking this "tailored by umbro" thing alittle to far. they cant just whore their quality out like that to just anyclub when they are going to ruin it with millions of sponsors. might as well call umbro and tell them to taylor my sunday league club a new line of kits.

btw if you look at the very top pictutre, in the center picture of the collage with the player running with the ball t you can see the design they imprinted on the crest. its either a very old man with a big ass beard or a lion.

It's a lion, Santa Fe's nickname is El Leon, meaning the Lion.

Also Santa Fe don't usually play with a shed load of sponsors, no more than an English Championship club would anyway.

Santa fe will play with just two sponsors on the shirt - the brand of the main brewery in Colombia and the ETB logo on the back, maybe another ETB logo on the front of the shorts.

This looks so classy, better than anything else in Colombian football, and the shadow stripes on the shirt, the white side seams and the detail behind the badge, this is going to be special. And the badge looks pretty good, the lion detail behind it is pretty

Santa Fe are one of the best teams in Columbia, so why do you class them as an "anyclub". They deserve a good kit like any other team does, just cause Umbro have a good idea doesnt mean they shouldnt share it through every country. Good designs and idea's dont just have to be used in England and for World Class teams.

Also, Santa Fe only have two sponsors on their shirt, Aguila and ETB. Actually do some reseach if you are going to make a statement, and not just guess.

tailored by umbro is the best thing they could have done. umbro are designing better kits than anyone else by far.

I think Arsenal getting the tailor treatment by umbro would be absolue amazing! Just think of what the home kit would be like with the vintage white sleeves and whatnot, that would be lovely. Im not being sarcastic im being serious, its a great vision.
But saying this arsenal have signed with nike for so long that i dont think that swoosh isnt going anywhere.

This isn't really a "tailored" kit though is it? It has more elements of the current kits worn by Sunderland (embossed image behind the crest), Birmingham (same striped fabric), etc than any of the other tailored kits.

Looks like a decent kit though, from what i can see.

OMG!!! it's beautiful. Umbro's designs are a lot special for each team that use it. I can't understand why some people doesn't agree that the big teams on the rest of the world could use grat designs too.

Looks good very impressed apart from the polo shirt style collar. Perhaps Arsenal and Nike could learn from this design. Arsenals Nike shirts over the last 6 years have been utterly rank
