Nice looking kit, one of the retro ones that actually work.
Wonder if the sponser will spoil it...

Why is there a "Football Shirt Culture" watermark on this photo? It's not from them, so why are they acting like it's their intellectual property?

I guess you just want to boost your site's traffic

Not that impressed with the design. I heard a rumour Virgin Money were going to be a 1-yr sponsor - poor kids if it's true their Dad buys them this shirt...

It's not being claimed as intellectual property, pictures from the website are linked all over the internet which puts great strain on the server so rather than not allowing hotlinking a watermark is placed over the photo so people know where the photo is from (not property of) and know where to find some more information about it.

Why you got thumbs up for your hogwash comment goes to prove how many people actually don't understand the internet.

Right click over the pic, save as. It's an easily copied jpeg file, strain on the server my ar$3.

Here's the pic without the watermark, if anyone would like it.

It's a real shame there has to be a sponsor at all!

I like the 80's inspired look, PUMA have done Spurs proud in their last year sponsoring them.

I'm no Spurs fan, but here's hoping an agreement can be reached so it stays without a sponsor - it looks best kept simple.

I'm hoping that we'll have a one year deal with a Sponsor as I heard about Addidas Sponsoring our new stadium possibly.

Would be nice to have Holsten for one last year.... thatd look great on this shirt too

this shirt has to be prepared as back up if Tottenham fail to get in to the camps league. if they qualify, adidas will be the new shirt sponsor and puma will be scraped!

good news i think -

Training tops usually have larger sponsor logos both manufacturer and commercial sponsor and are generally a different colour to the normal home colours.

Basically you can tell the difference from training wear and playing gear from a mile off.

whats up with puma and nike going the retro route? have the designers ran out of ideas?

Umbro started it (a Nike company) - and Nike now Puma. Adidas too - but they always screw it up with the sleeves looking like nothing more than an adidas ad. Maybe they all just realize that football shirts should look like football shirts again. And this is fashion we're talking about - what's old always becomes new eventually.

Love it. Hopefully they'll get a nice clean sponsor on the front that won't muck up the sharp retro design.

I wasn't sold on this kit when I first saw that leaked pic way back when - in fact, I thought Spurs had ditched Puma for Adidas this year - but now that I see it with the shorts and socks I think it looks solid. Of course I will need to see better pictures to pass judgment, but it's certainly better than this year's kit. Looks like navy socks for the home kit for once (see Modric, center with the yellow boots), which actually looks quite good!

Very very smart kit. Puma have done well with a Spurs kit - finally. Looks very Hummel-esque 80s.

At least it isn't a Puma (Genesis) licensed template nonsensical crap-fest.

Nice :)

love it, great job... thank god, my 08 shirt was getting kinda worn and no way was i going to buy this year's pit-stain version

as for the sponsors, they are waiting to see if they qualify for the champions league to determine how much they can get. i heard the most likely scenarios are zurich bank and virgin money... obviously root for zurich because the virgin logo would be red.

I agree with edgey, Holsten would be favourite for a sponsor.

And i hope adidididas dont take over after this kit.

A nice and tidy looking shirt i must admit. However I hope that the socks will hark back to the 1960's design of navy blue witrh a white turn over.

And in keeping with this shirt, I also hope, that if there is to be a 3rd shirt to go with the away one, that they are all interchangeable in some way.

How about swapping the colours over on the shirt for the away shirt, so that the main of the shirt is navy blue and the shoulders are white, with white shorts and white socks with navy turn over?

And perhaps for the 3rd shirt, keep the shoulders navy blue, but have the main of the shirt yellow, or sky blue, with the same for the shorts and socks too?

Altough i dont agree about the navy socks i agree with the interchangable nature of kits. adidas used to do that with our kits if i remember correctly, remember seeing them at leeds with away shirt- home shorts and vice versa when we play say....wimbledon.

That is the most mintest of mint kits I've seen since Minty McMint of Mintchester United said "I'm gonna make a mint football kit".

Basically, it's MINT!

Spurs are gonna be the smartest team on the block in those kits. They remind me of the old 1980's Umbro kits, except in a nice modern cut.

Cant have holsten as a sponsor, they have changed the licensing laws i have heard? Thats the main reason for Liverpool losing Carlsberg etc.

Kit looks amazing, would prefer a collar on it though, not a floppy one a small looking one like on the england kit?

Makes no difference to me really, champions league patches on the sleeves will make it superb!
