Universidad Católica 10/11 Puma Kits

These are the new CD Universidad Católica kits produced by Puma for the 2010/11 Primera División de Chile.

UC for short, were formed from the catholic university in the Chilean capital Santiago.

The home shirt uses the same style has already been seen on teams such as Italy and Newcastle. It is predominantly white with a blue band across the chest encasing the Cristal sponsor.

The away shirt see's the template used for many of the African nations, the shirt is red with a white band across the chest in a painted style, on the shoulder is cross representing both the catholic heritage and the team's nickname Los Cruzados, 'The Crusaders'.

Hmm... I kinda prefer last years. Maybe it's just because the guy wearing the white one looks bloated.

BEST TEAM EVER!

AND BETTER PUMA SHIRTS THAN THE LAST SEASON. THAT WAS AN INSULT, THIS ARE A LOT BETTER.

THE RED ONE IS NOT THAT GOOD, BUT A LOT BETTER THAN THE 2 PUMA AWAY SHIRTS FROM 2009 AND 2008

I`M SO GONNA BUY THE HOME SHRT

The home is an example of how not to pair socks and shorts with a shirt, the redtrim on both looks pretty jarring with the shirt, which on its own is very good and a rarity in these times - a shirt that has an all round unbroken hoop. the crest goes onto the hoop as well, a nice touch, though the cristal logo is a bit big.

The change looks great, the painted stripe and the watermark look the business.

The advertisements on the kits these days are getting ridiculous. Destroys so many kits. I'd like to see some more integrity by teams when it comes to their own kits.

Nice kit. Great fluo colour for the GK shirt. Think PUMA did a decent job.

I don't see a cross on the shoulder...does it mean the badge?

The badge is cool.

I'm not a Universidad de Chile nor a Universidad Catolica supporter, but I must say that the kits Adidas made for Universidad de Chile are a lot better than these ones. Nothing to do with the clubs, but the shirts Adidas gave Universidad de Chile (especially the red one) simply rule. These ones from Puma, not so.
