usa world cup 2010 nike shirt home design

This is the new United States 10/12 Home shirt design made by Nike which will be worn at the World Cup 2010 in South Africa. The new US 2010/2012 kits will be available through the FSC Shop after the official launch.

Legal people at Nike have registered photos of all national team shirts sponsored by Nike as a ‘registered design’ at the European Design Office.

Intellectual property specialist Diederik Stols explains: “It is logical that sports companies around the world register just about anything in an attempt to monopolize the market for national shirts. Nike did just that. But they should better have registered the designs one day before the official presentation, because the designs are now publicly accessible via the Internet. This time around, Nike has leaked its own shirts”.

I'm still not terribly excited about the Nike template. Some look more promising than others.

I still don't really get or like the "velcro" stripe on the sleeves.

The U.S. with it's two-tone sash looks promising. I look forward to seeing it completed and on the pitch along with the rest of the kits.

kind of like Rangers third kit with the slightly different color stripe. only things that ruin it are the sleeve stripes.

LOL, even if its a possibility, wouldn't it be more visible to see dirt on white shirts?

Paint the Stripe Red and Call it River Plate. Even the badge is the same. How quaint.

Liam, you love to make stupid comments. You said something stupid on the USA away kit leak as well. You must be yet another USA hater. Your no king mate, maybe a joker and a bad one at that.

Who took the gem out of your doughnut? Nothing stupid just an observation. What's wrong with this comment? That it looks like a River Plate kit? It does. That its quaint? It is. Relax and wait for a leaked picture of the Ireland World Cup kit...for 2014!

Cheers.

i dont know why people dont like this jersey, its simple but it looks good, looks like our 1950 victory with england is fading away and now we can beat any team in the world.

I hope this looks better in person because it looks like a snorefest according to these photos. Maybe they can salvage this shirt by leaving the numbers off the front of it??

like with the away kit, the simplicity of the kit brings out a sense of elegance in the all white.. like i'm sure we can agree that what makes the real madrid look so majestic is how well the composition of an all white team plays out
