Valencia CF Kappa 10/11 Kits

Here are the new home, away, third and goalkeeper kits for Valencia CF produced by Kappa to be worn in the 2010/11 La Liga season.

We brought you news of Valencia's home kit which was shown off along with the signing of Roberto Soldado a couple of weeks ago. Now we can bring you the away and third kits to accompany it, as well as 3 goalkeeper kits.

The away kit returns to an orange colour which is the first time they will use the colour under Kappa and the first time in two seasons it will have been worn. The shirt also includes a silhouetted figure of a bat across the chest much like their European home shirt the previous season, only in a solid darker shade of orange. The shirt will be played in along with white shorts which can also be swapped for the black shorts of the home shirt if required to, and also orange socks.

The third shirt is blue with a yellow and red bar across the chest, blue is a colour which has appeared regularly in Valencia's alternate strips over the years. It symbolises the Mediterranean sea, on which Valencia lies. The yellow and red is a nod to the Valencian flag (as is the blue) which consists of 9 yellow and red horizontal stripes. The accompanying shorts are white and the socks are the same shade of blue as the shirt.

The sponsor kills it
I'm assuming Fulham's kit will be the same as the home.

You assume *nearly* correctly, grasshopper. Teaser pics of Fulham's shirt don't have the black sides.

Actually surprised at how nice those kits are. Solid work.

Could someone, somewhere PLEASE explain to me why Valencia ever changed from wearing yellow and red stripes to all-white for their home shirt? What was the thinking behind it?

there you go. I like the blue away, but they're definitely missing out on the red/yellow stripes

They never wore red and yellow stripes as a home kit. That was a away strip.

Indeed...the sponser kills it completely. But i would imagine to see fulhams like this. M'kay just the exact same layout as Valencia's home kit but i would think their might be some red in there? Maybe the black stiching near the shoulders could be red...and the black rings at the bottom of the sleeves could be red also. I think that might be Fulhams new one, not saying that it is but it could be likely

When oh when will Kappa learn. Splashing oversized logos all over the place does not make for a nice kit.

The big daft Kappa logos remind me of when adidas started doing those stupid "adidas Equipment" kits around 1991 (the ones with the three enormous stripes across them). So Kappa are only about 20 years behind the trend!

love the blue- they would be so much nicer if the oversized kappa logos were smaller, and they got rid of the additional sponsors. One is clearly enough.
The main sponsor is also way too high up on the kit as well. is that just me?

i agree, they should have moved the yellow and red strip up and had the sponsor below.

sponsors typically stink because they insist on using their brand color which may totally clash with the team colors for the shirt they are sponsoring.

Honestly, I would have more respect for, and would be more likely to support a business that didn't muck up my shirt by simply altering its colors to match. Say orange against the white for the home shirt or black against the orange of the away. That I can get behind.

Too many Kappa logos, ugly Unibet and Herbalife logos. Otherwise, it's pretty good stuff.

Classless. Kappa plastered everywhere. Even making themselves more prominent than the primary sponsor on the front chest. Can barely find the Valencia badge. The kits are just flat out ugly.

Loving the 3 kits despite (as everyone's said) the brutal unibet sponsor. But when you have a half-finished half billion dollar stadium falling into disrepair and have to sell off your best players after finally making it back to CL, you probably don't argue with your sponsors too much...damn I'm going to miss the Davids

Love the blue one, the others are too similar to last year's. Hate kappa in general with their oversize logo and tight fitting shirts

The blue kit is horrible. The other ones almost don't bring anything new. Valencia's white, black and orange colors are nice, but like it happens with Roma, Kappa should have been more creative (Kappa's logo on the shoulders became boring a long time ago, because there's no change in shape and size from season to season).
