Vélez Sarsfield unveiled the new 2010 Home and Away Kits made by Penalty.
Vélez foundation dates back to 1910. It was on a rainy January 1 when three men sheltered from a summer storm in Vélez Sársfield Railway Station (nowadays Floresta station), from the Buenos Aires Western Railway. The three men were Julio Guglielmone, Martin Portillo and Nicolas Martín Moreno. They decided to create a new football club with the name and planned to join a local league.
On May 14, 1914, owing to the great amount of Italian immigrants who were members of the club, the kit was changed again. The new colours adopted were green, red and white, the colours of the Italian flag. From then on the club played in green, red and white stripes.

Maybe the sponsor is a bit too low, but thats the way its always been with Velez when they have the V as they had it originally (sometimes they've used it shorter, more inclined)
I have been wondering though why the home shirt has the 100 years badge in WHITE on the WHITE V. Not really smart...

YES.
Mondial
This is bassicaly the same shirt that we wear in the previuos season ( may be you remind the presentation with the hot girls..), but the blue is darker and great details...the italian flag on the back on the collar is great..
I hear that penalty improve the quality of the shirt, i prey for that, because in argentina the kits aren't cheap, the less i spect is a regular quality, not the crap they give us 'till now
I think the shirt sponsor is perfect, down by torso...real easy to read.
Melbourne Victory is more like it
