like i said about puma, i dont think this template is ugly however adidas has been using this exact template over and over and over again its getting rather boring and the more i see it the more its starting to look ugly . adidas needs to hire some real designers. its cookie cutter. thats what adidas is, a cookie cutter.

What makes Nike designers add pointless white slashes to the shirt sides?

It would be better in solid red - including the collar.

I HATE random trimming.

For me the only 2 things that make this kit annyoing are the prolonged stripe on the collar that stops in the middle of nowhere and the small upside down v-cut on the trim of the shorts with the upward white design. They are both disjointed, remove them both and the kit is actually quite nice.

actually, your wholly wrong on so many levels..

Adidas are supplying Aberdeen directly on a multiyear deal. The deal is the reason AFC and other teams get templates. Its not a grade 1 deal...Only a few grade 1 teams, i.e Liverpool get bespoke kits, teams like Swansea and Aberdeen get a lesser deal as they are smaller teams, but they do get the shops and merchandising branded as Adidas for greater exposure in return..

Just-Sport just bought Nike stock as a feeder method of getting teams to wear Teamwear stuff.

The effect is the same, except the results are very diffferent.

Adidas actually manufacture the kits...whereas Just-Sport supplied the templates and embroidered/steampressed the logo's and badges on..e.i Dundee Utd :))

Excellent. Relatively nice and simple (collar aside, though it's not too bad) and I grew up with Aberdeen winning everything wearing adidas, so it's all good.

Does anyone know if the club badge and adidas logo are embroidered or is it just another £15 teamwear shirt with an ironed-on badge retailing for £40 plus?

This is ridiculous! Why not the bespoke and unique kit design for Aberdeen? Like really? Aberdeen made all this hype for their new kit and its nothing more than what the likes of Hull, Stoke, West Brom, Swansea have got. Now i dont support Aberdeen, but i think EVERY scottish football fan will know that Aberdeen are a well respected club over here, rich with history and european success...and since Adidas have obviously made a deal with the sfa i thought at least Aberdeen would have "AFC" On the socks, but no. If i was a Aberdeen fan..i would be let down by this, infact im a Raith fan and im quite annoyed by this! It just, bugs me!

id like to see aberdeen take on umbro. i think that they would give them a good kit... probably cos aberdeen shirts always seem very unspoilt and classy and that would suit umbros tailored range.
