There's something inherently hilarious looking about the poses in that promo pic. Nice kit though. Good to see some attention to detail.

Ajax has a very simple concept when it comes to kit design, one that I wish a lot of other teams would follow.

If it's not broken, don't fix it.

Very ugly, the red stripe is way too wide, the three stripes of Adidas are ugly, the collar is ugly and the logo and the three stars are placed too high. I really dislike this shirt as a Ajacied.

The only positive thing on this shirt are the three stars. But you don't see the stars on the first picture! Shame you adidas!

Best kit I've seen this season

This is the first techfit shirt with a collar.

The red stripe is far too wide/broad. Ajax have the best strip design of all, it's unique and instantly identifiable as 'Ajax', unlike, say, clubs with a plain red/blue/white shirt which could be any number of teams. But when you look at the iconic kit of the 70s or the 1987 Cup Winners' Cup winning classic you'll see that it was a white shirt with a (much thinner) central red stripe. Now the red stripe has become too thick, and the shirt (especially from the back) looks like a red shirt with white sides and sleeves.

I actually like this shirt, but it could and should be so much better, and they really should return to the proper 70s/80s logo

TOP JERSEY!!! Best I've seen for Ajax in years. Really can't do much about the sponsor, but the old logos on the back of the neck are a great touch.

I Like It. But The Overall Design Don't Really Change.

well what can i say?! its ajax! their home kit, fundermentally is never changed, except the sponsor. it cant be, can it? typical ajax strip which is iconic in football.

The Ajax shirt design is so distinctive that it's probably impossible to make a bad home shirt for the team; it's just a design classic. This isn't the best Ajax shirt ever, but it's still classy and beautiful.

Even though I don't like Ajax the kit is amazing. The 4 logos on the back look perfect!

I think adidas played it safe on this one.

kit in itself is really good, love the old logos on the back, and the collar. The "we are Ajax" on the sleeve really makes the shirt special to the club which i think is great. However, that individuality is kinda taken away by the 3 stripes, I know that they are adidas's signature addition, but on classic kitgs like this, i think they would be better without :) but thats just my opinion :)

For a club that cant do much with their kits due to the famous strong tradition of the red centre and all white, which is their symbolism of the clubs entire identidy and culture...this is a awsome effort. The watermarks on the bottom of the sleeves is a lovely touch, the gold stars above the badge goes so well against the red..only thing that i have a problem with (and this is with Adidas kits in general) is the stripes. Why cant they just have "the stripes" simply flow from top to the bottom of the sleeves? Adidas started to use this quarter cutt off i think in 2008? And i for one think its a farce, to me it just ruins the stripes for what they stand for..it doesnt ruin the kit completely, just feel that if Adidas just reverted back to their roots i think they could be that extra bit of awsome. But in saying is some of Adidas kit releases this year have been fantastic :)

It would have been a nice kit if it wasn't for those stripes on the sleeves, shorts and socks. I have to say the end result is very disappointing.

The collar totally fokked up the three stars what the shirt is all about!! it became a fokking feyenoord shirt!

If you look closely, Neil Patrick Harris can be seen at the far right.

i like the differents historic logos of the club on the back of the shirt !
