This is the new Barcelona 11/12 away football shirt made by Nike, which is available here.
One of the other big changes for the new season is the colour of the away strip, which unlike the last six years, will not be a bright, vivid colour. The shirt, shorts and socks will be completely black. On the back there is a small embossed inscription in black and dark grey silicone that represents the same design of the Catalan flag, the ‘Senyera’.
The socks, like the first strip, include a mesh in the shape of three rings and printed with the letters FCB in the yellow of the Catalan flag on the calf.

As for the kit I think it's Ok. The sleeves look to have the same strip as the new track jackets that came out recently for Nike. Reminds me of the all black track jacket that's now out there for Manchester United.

I couldn't agree more; the purpose of an away kit is to differentiate itself when playing away. How does changing from blue/red to black solve anything. If they draw Lyon, Milan, Inter or Leverkusen in their CL group then they can';t wear this when they play in those away games. How long till we see a bright new 3rd kit released?

Don't get me wrong, I like black jerseys. But all black? Look at the away kit Adidas gave Benfica for the 2009/10 season, all in black with red details. That was a really great shirt.
This Barcelona away jersey for 2011/12 is awful. Nike could had put some details on the sleeves and shorts using the club colors, and it would become nicer. But Nike is always 1 step behind Adidas. Next season's Arsenal home kit is another good example of that, because it seems Nike copied this season's shirt in order to save time. On the other side, look at the great home jersey Adidas is giving AC Milan for next season.
