Girondins de Bordeaux released this 130 years anniversary football kit made by Puma.
Bordeaux was founded in 1881 as a multi-sports club and is one of the most successful football clubs in France. The club has won six Ligue 1 titles, which places it tied for 4th in titles won. Bordeaux have also won three Coupe de France titles, three Coupe de la Ligue titles, and three Trophée des champions. The club has the honor of having appeared in the most finals in the Coupe de la Ligue having appeared in six of the 16 finals contested.

I fully agree, nothing good about this kit.
thats puma all over though imo.
With the anniversary and all the PR - could Puma not have given them something other than the generic kit that every other team gets?
And the 'V' clearly doesn't fit on the shirt with that massive chest panel.
It has nothing to do with nuclear or something. This symbol represents 3 crescents which are interlaced. The crescent itself was the symbol for Bordeaux harbour, and is a general symbol for the city of Bordeaux today.
And for the kit, it is hideous. Nothing to add...
yes. the answer is on the front of the shirt
No not spurs. Just because Puma used that template on spurs' supposed 'unique' jersey does not mean they have sole rights to it...there are several teams that currently use that design.
Puma has disfigured the image of the club with "fashion" jerseys for years. It must stop!
I don't need to see anymore. Easily gets my vote for worst kit of 2011.
Great eye Zoran!
That said, I have to agree that the template doesn't mesh well with the classic Bordeaux chevron, it's just as mess. i also dislike the idea of using a standard template - I'm of the view that commemmorative kits ought to be unique designs.
It's not a complete eyesore - I love the combination of colours on this one - but it is very cluttered and not really worthy of being a 'celebration' kit.
No, he's no player , he's just a model on the website!!
Really Poor
