There are the new Colombian national team home and away kits manufactured by Adidas for 2011/2012, which will be available here.
Following on from quite a lenghty contract with Lotto, Colombia has now switched over to Adidas, I say 'now' switched over but they have already played a couple of games in Adidas kits, but these were just temporary teamwear until Adidas produced their official line of products.
The first line reads 2011/2012, but the truth is I don't really know how long a kit's life is anymore, a lot of national teams seem to be shortening the lifespan of their uniforms down to just a single years worth of playing time. I can however imagine Colombia will see a new kit before their qualification campaign for the 2014 World Cup gets underway.
The home kit is in Colombia's traditional 'tricolor' of yellow shirts, blue shorts and red socks and seems to use the template we've seen the Spanish national team and a few others also use. Inside the collars reads 'Unidos por un país' meaning 'united by a country' on top of a Colombian flag. The shoulders of the shirt are blue with yellow Adidas stripes and the collar is blue with a slight bit of red trim, which can also be found on the cuffs.
The away is a dark blue colour, which seems to have disapointed a few Colombian fans who seemed to be hoping to see a red shirt released. The collar is also a V like the home but a different style. Yellow Adidas stripes again feature here as to the yellow cuffs, but the overall look is quite different to that of the home. The away shirt will be joined by white shorts and white socks.
The kits, as with all the other recently release South American strips will all be able to be seen at this summer's Copa América in Argentina where Colombia will meet hosts Argentina as well as Bolivia and special invitee to the tournament, Japan.

It's been changed like 2 years ago, when the different competitions required all kits to have a space on the sleeves to position the emblems of the competitions.
I agree it would look better, but it's not adidas' choice to interrupt their famous three stripes...
ACTUALLY FALSE! I work for adidas and its not because of badge representation, its purely down to the adidas teams new kit designs. The past couple of years the design team has gone with a different look to keep up with the demand of (lets call it fashion :P) high selling new look kits. Its the modern age now and if you dont keep up, dont reinvent you lose in this industry, PURE AND SIMPLE. I do however side with you with the full 3 stripe sleeve look, ive been a fan ever since it began, but times change, having said that though keep faith as i believe we will see it again in a couple of years :)
Look forward to not being able to buy it in the UK ....

but it is adidas?
ahh, typed it wrong. my bad.
but ya, big fan of these. they look great on as you can see.
Very nice kit all around, pretty clean look while not being overly simple. The colors make the templates look really nice.
What the jesus are you on about son?
Colombia have 4 qualifications to World Cup (1962, 90, 94 and 98) and come on, there's life out of mainstream. The deal with Colombia is very advantageous to Adidas, with more benefits than costs.
I like this template even when it's the same Spanish one with 2 differences in my opinion, the better color combination and the colors in the collar and the cuffs that look like the real flag
The away one is only to one or two games up to december, don't need to be awesome.
They did, as did Man U, would come in handy tho as ppl wouldnt have to take 2 tops along when playing 5aside.. that is all.
not very capitalistic, i know but then F*** capitalism..
On the long sleeve version however the blue bit is missing - very odd. Only assume the extra 3stripes have removed it, weird.
Nice shirts though, simple and tidy
I really like that home kit!
