Everton FC 11/12 Le Coq Sportif Away Kit

This is the new Everton FC away kit for the 2011/12 English Premier League season produced by Le Coq Sportif, which will be available here.

We reported a couple of weeks ago about a possible leak of the new Everton away shirt and it has turned out to be the real deal, although the colour of the collar and cuffs have turned out to be more of a graphite colour rather than blue.

Blues player Jack Rodwell was at the Everton One store at Goodison Park to perform the official unveiling.

Hundreds of fans were present as Rodwell revealed the new away strip to for the first time.

Everton and retail partner Kitbag have high hopes the kit will become a firm favourite with fans, with the new 2011 / 2012 kit inspired by one of the club's most iconic strips, while being innovative, exciting and fresh.

The new offering takes inspiration from the kit worn by the likes of Alan Ball, Brian Labone and Joe Royle in the late 1960s and early 1970s.

Fans can pre-order the new Everton away strip now and it will be worn by the team for the first time when they travel to West Brom for the last away game of the season on 14 May.

Also revealed was the new goalkeeper strip which comes in a dark camouflage style.

The field players kit is top class, simple clean, the sponsor doesn't ruin the shirt it's well done.

But Swag I wish it were a joke. The goalkeepers kit (arguably the most important man on the pitch) is an absolute travesty, one Le Coq should be ashamed of....the fact that, that design made it through the process to being chosen is truly disappointing.

This isn't the first kit that I've seen with camo on it, Partick Thistle had a Pink kit with camo all over it a while back. But it is very gross :( I thought that Le Coq would step it up but nope...

I really like that away kit.
I'm a United fan, so obviously this isn't a jersey I'll be wearing, but yellow and navy always work well together.
Another good example is when Arsenal go with yellow and navy.
I think their best away kit was around '99, with the yellow jersey and navy hoop.

Completely agree oola, cam is certainly not a good design concept...but this isnt a first. Of course we all remember "this" http://www.footballshirtculture.com/09/10-kits/partick-thistle-2009-2010-puma-away-kit.html

I heard they usually ask the keepers for the colours of the kits they will wear. Being an American as he is, it doesn't surprise me if Tim Howard actually was behind that design.

You guys know that this is the away GK kit right? The home will be shown when the new home kit is revealed.

That said, I put my money on the home GK kit being a brighter green camo!(think this years colours, but the same pattern as the kit above)

The amber kit looks classy though...I don't think I can get away with buying it though. Missus would kill me...too many shirts as it is already!

they should use a very thinly striped white and black design, that would look mint. Yeah amber is OK but nothing to write home about, GK was funny tho, very original. Never thought of THAT?
