These are the Fenerbahce home, away, third, fourth and goalkeeper kits for the 2011 - 2012 Turkish Super Lig season manufactured by Adidas.
Turkish teams very often have more than three kits and Fenerbahce are certainly no different here, The new home shirt sees the club retain the style of three blue stripes down the front as last season, although they've now had their colour tweeked from their usual navy blue to shinier 'retro' blue colour.
The away sees Fenerbahce use another striped kit, this time in white and two shades of light blue which symbolise freedom. The shirt pays respect to the Turkish war of independence and features an embossed star in the centre of the kit.
Dubbed 'golden armour' the third shirt uses a special material to make it resemble more metalic and armour-like.
The fourth kit for Fenerbahce is an all yellow number which is in respect of former goalkeeper Cihat Arman who player for the club in the 40s and was nicknamed the 'flying keeper' and also with the teams nickname being the Flying Canaries an all yellow kit was chosen.

The second is also pretty good, love the colours and its hard to go wrong with white, sky blue and medium to dark blue. The third and fourth are also pretty good.
On the shorts, not the shirts, though it is kind of odd to see the Turkish motif on the right side and the crest on the left on the shirts.

and what's the deal with the BS story behind each kit...just be honest and say we need to make some money so here's a load of new kits, now hand over your hard earned dosh or you aint a true fan!!!!
Greay/gold one is just wrong, specially with navy blue shorts and socks it looks redicilous.

Seems like Adidas uses unique templates especially reserved for Fenerbahce every season.
Also the material of the shirts looks kinda different from what I´m used to, perhaps it`s something like the Adidas Formotion stuff on last years Olympique Marseille 3rd shirts.

For those, who don't have any clue what's going on in Turkey: Turkish police started an investigation on July 2nd, regarding match-fixing. There are allegations on certain teams, including Fenerbahçe. 31 people are arrested, including Fenerbahçe club president, some club officers, managers, trainers, players. Since the DA didn't present any proof to the Turkish Football Federation yet, they can't give any decisions right now. If these allegations were true, Fenerbahçe should be relegated.
