Fleetwood Town 11/13 Nike Home Kit

Fleetwood Town release their 2011/12 home kit this Monday. The home shirt continues the traditional red & White colours from Nike.

The shirt will be available to purchase from the club shop in Jim's Sports Bar during the holiday Monday visit of Barrow.

Chief Executive Steve Curwood: "We are pleased top keep our association with Nike and our local supplier Galaxy Football. The Nike kits and training gear are quality items and we had no hesitation selecting a shirt in our traditional colours.  The replica kits and Nike leisurewear always proves popular with our supporters and I'm sure the club shop will be very busy."

Don't really have any positive or negative things to say about the kit. It looks like the uniform that a lower-level English team would wear, for better or worse. Very plain, traditional, and unexceptional.

I know exactly what that blokes thinking with the blonde lass on his knee- "I hope she gets off my knee soon or these shorts are about to get shorter!"

Looks like a fake Arsenal kit that you can buy on some dodgy market stall on holiday.

This is all part of Nike's "considered design" ethical approach to sportswear manufacture - they are doing their bit for recycling by providing all those unsold and unused Arsenal shirts from this season for Fleetwood Town for the next two seasons, but dying the collars red so as not to make it look TOO obvious...
