Fulham FC 2011/12 Kappa Away Kit

This is the new Fulham FC away kit for the 2011/12 English Premier League season manufactured by Kappa.

We recently leaked Fulham's new away kit on our Facebook page but now it has been officially released we can bring you more detailed pictures.

The new kit is all black with a red and white trim, all colours traditional to Fulham Football Club in recent time. Large red Kappa logos lie on the shoulders of the shirt, which uses the same template first seen on the 10/11 season AS Roma kits.

Also released by Fulham is the new away goalkeeper kit which is fluo green in colour.

It looks awful! Everything is way too high up the shirt and it looks more like a thermal-skin thing than a shirt! Still, gonna provide a lot of laughs watching the Fat censoredneys wear this at Craven Cottage!

hopefully down the road newcastle can adopt kappa, now THAT would be a hell of a sight, well if the geordie fans even bother to wear the shirts...

I dont think some people have a clue about design, Kappas kits have been the best for a long time, they have revolutionised the football kit with a design that came out 10 years ago! thats why it hasn't changed, its substance over style design is symbolic to what a kit should be.
As a designer these designs have been inspirational, if you dont like the over tightness go buy a XXXL size because Kappa design apparel for performance, adding zero distraction to the players wearing it.

I'd agree in principle but the material Kappa uses is not very good - I have played in the Kombat version of the Kappa shirt (that's what the players wear) and the shirt gets totally soaked in sweat, the fabric does not help getting the moisture away from the skin.

I agree. Clean lines, proper use of color. Nothing wrong here. As a Fulham fan, I'd wear this proudly. Just would try to find a replica version rather than the authentic skin-tight variety.

While it may look like a thermal shirt for jogging, I bet it is very comfortable for the players to wear. I also doubt that the replica that you'll be able to purchase will be as tight unless it is an authentic. Then again, I've never purchased a Kappa shirt so I could be wrong! Anyway, the design looks decent. At least it isn't busy.

Kappa's habit of plastering their logo on the shoulders of every shirt they make has always annoyed me. I don't even think I would have such a problem with it if they would have bothered to have them point the same direction.

It's like the terms "understated" and "subtle" are not in the company's collective vocabulary.

Kappa are making a statement with this design. They are saying "Hey you over there!. This is us, we are here to stay. You can keep you re-cycled cardboard boxes and big haired models. We make sports equipment that make people look up and stare in amazement". Or something along those lines.

I agree Bob. Its a bold statement they are making. I remember `Bukta` making a similar statement back in 1987. They made a shirt that changed the way shirts were designed and still are....thats right, Lincoln City away kit for the `Happy Shopper` Cup 1987-88 season.

New? Look at the jersey Kappa gave AS Roma this season that is ending. It is the same jersey. Kappa only changed the color.
Besides, Kappa must start having more immagination in the way they use their logo. Always the same way. Must start trying something different.
I prefer Kappa to Nike, but this jersey brings nothing new.

They are going to look ridiculus when they wear this. Remember this seasons disaster when it rained. OOOPPPs...shocking

Once again I won't be buying the kit until they get rid of kappa - material is so cheap and just doesnt feel like a football kit.
