Hajduk Split 2011/12 Umbro Away Kit

This is the new Hajduk Split away kit for the 2011/2012 Croatian Prva HNL manufactured by Umbro to celebrate the club's 100 year anniversary.

The shirt is a striped design in red and blue, colours which play a major role in the club's history and also reflect the colours of the Croatian flag. The shirt also features gold as a trim colour an extra touch to celebrate the club's 100th year.

 The collar is a folded design with a single button fastner at the front similar to some previous Umbro shirts. Around the back in gold writing is the teams name and around the club's crest on the front of the shirt is the founding date and the current year along with '100 Godina' literally meaning '100 Years' in English.

That is a class football shirt. Bold colours, simple clean design. Now WHY CAN'T my beloved Newcastle approach umbro for a deal and have this shirt in black & white for the next 100 years!

As a Hajduk supporter of 30+years I have to say this is one of the best shirts we've ever had, comparable to our great Puma away shirt of the 1980's....simple, elegant, classic. Umbro really are putting out great stuff, a true football company...thank you Umbro! NAPRID BILI!!!!! BTW, for people not lucky enough to visit Croatia, the shirt will be found at crofanshop.com in a couple of weeks, can't wait to get mine!!!!

Wow, this is truly a thing a beauty! I love the very bold use of the team colors (which also happen to scream "Croatia!"), and the elegantly simple tayloring. Umbro has really been doing some fantastic stuff lately!
