This is the new Hammarby IF shirt for the 2011 Swedish Superettan season manufactured by Kappa.
The club play in the second tier of Swedish football but despite this have a very strong following. Swedish champions in 2001 and constant threats to the Allsvenskan title, Over the next 10 years Hammarby's grip at the top of Swedish football loosened which eventually lead to them being relegated in 2009.
Hammarby switch back to Kappa from Nike after a period of 4 seasons with the American company. The shirt isn't vastly different to the last Kappa shirts they used, main differences include a change of sponsor logos, the collar has been switched to a V-neck style but the stripe widths all seem to have been retained from the 2006 kit.

I love kappa but I think it would look better with thinner stripes, and also as have been said here already; the pepsi sponsor kinda ruins it.
I like this one, it is from when hammarby last had kappa as a shirt sponsor. The white makes an H as in Hammarby

How do you mean that these are typical Hammarby supporters?
I'm not disagreeing with the statement at all I just wasn't aware of any general groups that are seen to support the team.
It's a pity with the pepsi logo, but better than to have one sponsor on the shirt then a lot but smaller sponsor logo's.
When I went to sweden three years ago I saw games with Hammarby IF and they have a amazing support with a lot of singing. The best in Stockholm. From my visit they are supported by a multiethnic crowd. I saw Scandinavians(majority), Latinos, Arabs, African and slavonic people.
This is another kit. I think it is good but not special. It will do for year but not much long. The person showing the kit off is not a good role man for club. Honestly I would be better to show off the kit and I'm Slovakian.
