I wouldn't give you 34 censoredin' pence for it never mind 34 quid. Looks like a cheap far-eastern fake.

Unfortunately it has to look fake, because Adidas own the 3 stripes as a trade mark, and thus whoever made this shirt can't have 3 lines. The same goes for the sponsor's logo. The sponsor might not want their logo to be used, or the club don't want to give free advertising. Maybe one day Hibs will have Adidas make their shirts again, and so a remake would look right. Liverpool benefited this way by returning to Adidas, and Chelsea had a good retro Umbro shirt, when they were last Umbro,

race = white, black, etc.
far-eastern = geographical location

I like it - seems like the clubs themselves are waking-up to the popularity of modern remakes of retro shirts (Toffs etc). Good on 'em I say. Why only 250 though?

Slightly better than that violet one they have on offer.

However, it begs the question why they would bring out a "special shirt" for a 3rd rate trophy. I guess it's the only thing they have to shout about

Why would you buy this when you can find the original on ebay and other places? This is a poor effort and has none of the original ones style that adidas brought.

This would be the perfect Hibs shirt if it was re-released today. As its only a "score-draw" tribute kit it's not "really" a new kit but its a good touch. Just a pity they can't get the adidas licence.

Chelsea sell remake Le Coq Sportif shirts, but they are not true replicas, as the V neck is different and stripes wider. I don't buy them as they are so fake. Ditto above in my opinion.

The original shirt in 91 didn't have a sponsor on it. Although it was Adidas and the shorts were massive!

They never really changed the previous one, except the previous kit had a wrap-over crew-neck, no intricate shadow pattern and yes, the "Frank Graham Group" sponsor was on it. That was the first Hibs kit I remember while growing up.

This shirt used the same template as Arsenal 90-92. I don't recall moronic "another boring template shirt..." complaints in those days.

To be fair most of the Umbro / adidas shirts back then were identical in design. If you look back to the adidas kits of the mid to late 80s, they were ALL the same, (wrap-over V-neck and diagonal stripe pattern).
