This is the new Huddersfield Town home shirt for the 2011/2012 English League 1 / Championship season manufactured by Umbro.
New kit manufacturer Umbro have designed the shirt in tandem with the Club, with the shirt encompassing the famous blue and white stripes of Huddersfield Town and three stars to denote Town's thrice Championships in the 1920's.
To ensure that every Huddersfield Town supporter could get a close-up look, 40 specially selected supporters took off their jackets to reveal the new home shirt in all its glory all around the Stadium at the same time as the video revealed the shirt design on the Big Screen.
The shirt is striped on both the front and back with single colour white sleeves, including raglan detail with twin stitching for an enhanced fit. The collar is tailored with a single button close and breathable mesh in an underarm panel.
The blue of the shirt is the historic 'Huddersfield Town' blue and the Umbro logo is directly embroidered onto the shirt, with the logo of sponsor Kirklees College being heat applied. Each home shirt features the applique club crest with three embroidered stars and includes a 'tailored by Umbro' authenticator insert.
The home kit will be available towards the end of June.
Thanks to Dave

The Canada shirts were smart before they started using that template for every other club.
8/10
That is all.
Again with Umbro Shorts and socks appear to be an after thought in the design process ! Very basic template and design.
(from a leeds fan!)
That said, not a terrible looking kit, could've just done with an iron. I look forward to us doing the double over you next season
censored off you dirty northern monkey
this shirt is great it will compliment that moustache
Joey gudjonsson is GOD!!!
Hear hear, I'm with you on this. Took words right out of my mouth. Bet this foresight shown by Huddersfield don't last though and they end up playing in everyday middle blue and white stripes and blue or white socks. Think they would rather clash with the other HT.FC(Halifax Town) up the road then standout.
Please Huddersfield Town FC, stop changing the shade of your blue. You can still flog new kits but just make sure you stick to the more unique sky blue and black socks.
