another shocker from Mitre. i'm an ipswich and i've not seen us produce a decent kit for a while now - and this is just another lazy lazy effort from Mitre.

pinstripes, yes - but why not the sleeves? and why do they insist on putting random slashes and 'design features' on their shirts? please stop it.

Awful stuff from Mitre again. Seriously - how difficult is it to employ people capable of designing an attractive modern kit? They'd do better just to hire one or two of the guys in the fantasy design section here (or nick the designs if they are stretched for cash).

"Only the first 5000 shirts will carry the three stars"? If they had any hope of selling more than 5,000 of these monstrosities, that is a cheap sales tactic. May as well say only the fisrt 5,000 have crests stritched on, the others are drawn on in crayon by 5 year olds. Only the first 5,000 have all the pin stripes, the rest will have random ones missing. Only the first 5,000 will have two sleeves...

Cheap. Might as well let Primark make your kits, they'd probs be better quality.

Ipswich have one of the best crests to work with in English football and yet everyone fails at putting out something decent. This club deserves better.

Good god the majority of you guys are idiots. I for one think that this kit is pretty nice and I like that they kind of (I say "kind of" because it's not exactly the same as people are making it out to be) mixed the last two together. What exactly is peoples problems? I suppose the majority of you want plain blue shirts with horrible white sleeves or just a plain blue shirt all together before you're happy. It annoys me how ignorant the majority of you people are, saying that it is lazy and poor when it is pretty damn obvious that at least some thought went into it... I can guarantee you will all buy it anyway.

i hope some day uefa or fifa will do something about those ridiculous star decoration. It should be 1 star ten titles in all leagues.

Shame Mitre can't bring the quality of the footballs to bare on their clothing design.

I think it's alright. Though it is like any other kit, just altered with a few stripes and that's a pretty big cheapshot. I still think it's fine.
