Leicester City 11-12 burrda away football shirt

Leicester City revealed the Foxes' new Burrda away kit for the 2011/12 season, which is available for pre-order with immediate effect.

Ahead of this month's landmark fixture against Real Madrid, the team with the most famous white jerseys of them all, City have unveiled an all-white strip of their own, returning to their traditional away colours for the first time since the 2001/02 season.

Sharing several features with the new home version unveiled in May, the Foxes' alternative strip for 2011/12, designed by Burrda, takes on a retro style with modern elements incorporating the latest in sportswear technology.

Brought back by popular supporter demand, the all-white home shirt is priced £40 and is sure to be a hit with the Foxes faithful.

I think this is one of the most successful examples I've seen at combining retro style with modern fit and fabrics. Burrda is doing better this year.

Burrda keeping it simple, which based on some of last season's designs might be just as well.

Like it. This and the home kit are the first two decent things Burrda have done. I fully expect Leicester to be bossing the Championship in this next season the way they're throwing money about.

The more you look at this the nicer it gets. Love the fact it's a mirror of the home kit but with reversed colours. Nicest kit seen so far by a long way - definitely worthy of, dare I say it, champions?

Burrda can't take the credit for the design. Leicester would have requested the style of the home and away kits as it's something the fans have been requesting for years. The design is based on previous kits we've had.

Pity the fit of the shirts are awful, too short and massively baggy around the stomach.

Burrda are starting to produce football shirts that could actually produce enough interest for a fan to make a purchase.

Good kit, simple and smart. Some derivative of this from Burrda for the Watford away kit would be good. However, I really liked the Leicester Fosse-type black with a light blue sash away kit from previous years, and it would have been interesting to see Burrda's take on that.

Its not about the kit its about the players wearing it. And tbh Leicester's squad is taking shape very nicely and i'm expecting things from them!
