malmo 2011 puma football shirts

Malmö FF revealed the new home and away football shirts made by Puma.

The club are often known by the nicknames Di blåe (The Blues) and Himmelsblått (The Sky Blues). This is because of the club colours, light blue and white.

The predecessor club BK Idrott wore blue and white striped shirts and white shorts, and this kit was still used for the first six months of 1910 after Malmö FF was founded. This was later changed to red and white striped shirts and black shorts to symbolize that Malmö FF were a new club. The present sky blue kit was introduced in 1920.

Thanks to Niklas

Nice.

Shame the shirts will then get plastered with hundreds of sponsor logos, as is the norm in Sweden.

Actually Malmö has taken steps to reduce this.. as you can see on this pic from last year http://mff.se/Aktuellt/Bilder/~/media/MFF/MFF%20A/2010/2010-09-15%20MFF-HIF/_MG_0211.ashx

Nice shirts! But the guy on the right really kind of looks like John Travolta.

Looks better from afar, but a decent looking kit, especially for Puma.
