Manchester United 2011/12 Nike Home Leaked

This appears to be the new Manchester United home shirt for the 2011/2012 season made by Nike.

The shirt appears to be pretty plain design wise with now obvious fancy flashes, the main difference from this season's shirt is the collar, gone is the turn over collar and in it's place is a rather retro looking round neck style in a contrasting white and black.

It's either an understated classic or severely BLAH... FSC usually gets it right on the leaks, but I will need to see the whole kit to really get a feel of what can be here.

I'm getting tired of all the "retro" look that nike has...It's getting pretty simple and boring, looks like an excuse not to make nice designs anymore... Umbro kits are nice and classy, but its because they didn't have remarkable designs before, so it's better to stay simple... But Nike, I think they can do it better.

That collar style turned up on the fake England design that did the rounds in 2009, just before the polo shirt design was launched. I'm not convinced that this is any more authentic than that was.

The collar is not exactly the same as the fake England one was split, it didn't go all the way around at the back.

I wonder whether the sleeve caps will have some similar design to the collar on the short sleeve versions...?

I'd guess that we were due for another blue kit, it's just the way Nike cycle them. There is always a white kit (presumably this season's awful white away will be next season's third) and another in either blue or black.

Your wrong , the chances of getting a new kit of home and away next season are slim. After we've just got a new set a of kits and a new sponser. Next season they will invent a brand new thrid shirt which could possibly be blue like people have suggested, but while we are still under the glazers powers, its will DEFINATELY NOT be green and gold

How do you visit this site but not notice almost every other team in the world releasing a new home kit every season? I think the only Premier League team that keeps a home kit for two seasons now is Liverpool.

If there were a ruling, then Everton wouldn't have been able to bring out three new kits every year since 2002, Spurs since 2004, Chelsea since 2007 or Middlesbrough since 1994!

The new Arsenal away is half black half and teal blueish color. I would compare it to looking like Monoco's home jersey. The ManU hoop is like I said, black and royal hoop jersey like what Celtic or QPR wear. Inter Milan is really old school...simple thin stripes with a polo like color. Juventas away jersey is really all pink. That other picture on this site is a training top not the away jersey.

It's sad that Nike is stealing Umbro's original designs by putting a Nike label on it just because they now own Umbro. But at the same time, it is attractive and will sell well. Would like to see this philosophy with some other previous Umbro/current Nike clubs.

Any News on the new Nike France National Team and PSG kits?

Would be useful to have a list of all Clubs transitioning to new kit providers each year!

I so wish that my beloved United would revert back to a two-year cycle for all home kits, but I fear it'll never happen now. United don't need to do this! This shirt is almost exactly the same as the current one, but with a different neckline and without that rubber stripe along the sleeves.

An exercise in needlessness.

Seriously poor. I think it's about time united brought out a kit with a bit of uummmphhhh! Instead of all these plain boring kits... This seasons is absolutely awful ... Especially with the color, the thing just flops about like wet bacon! We need something that looks up to date, instead of all this classic palaver.

Real kit for sure 100%, Eurosport posted it on their facebook page last week saying it would be available on 5/7/11, then took it down shortly thereafter. They told me it would be back up after the regular season is over....Nike probably pushed it to the end of the Champions League since they made it to the finals and want to get rid of the remaining stock of the 10/11 kit

i seen the 10/11 shirt 2 months before release and it was on a hanger along with villa, arsenal, celtic kits etc this is a fake. we are due a new third kit this season but due to non release of leaked images nobody knows what it looks like. as for the guys who work for nike why lie to say this about a new kit is more than your jobs worth plus your english is good coming from morroco!! where are kits are produced
