This is what appears to be the new Manchester United away shirt for the 2011 - 2012 English Premier League season manufactured by Nike.
The shirt is blue with black hoops which themselves contain hoops of a darker shade of blue. The collar is round and black in colour.

Tim, Very well, Your knowledge on your percious teams kits is brilliant, it does not escape the fact that this does not work for man utd, they have never had hoops on thier kits, and they have never had a kit to that extent of ugliness.
ugly shirt, i am tempted to say my chelsea home kit is nicer, the subtle hoops work better, and it is complimented this year by white on the shoulders , for once

As fo the never having an uglier kit, the grey one from 1995 (judging from your ID and terrible grammar and spelling, the year you were born, so unsurprising you don't remember it) , the blue one from 1992-93, the last Adidas away kit from 1990-92 and the 1996-98 home and third are all worse designs than this one in my opinion. We've had some awful kits over the years. It's hard to tell at the moment, but I think this will look great on the players.

lest we forget that electric yellow abomonation they had 07/08. or the numerous shocking goalkeeping jerseys. or this years "macaw" green with a blue stripe down the middle. what i will say though is that i hope this isn't uniteds new away kit because it is, well, fugly in my opinion.

Really hope Nike does a nice pinstripe kit for United like they've done for Arsenal in the last couple of seasons. Pinstripes are classy. Maybe for the home kit they have red on red pinstripes and away black kit with red or grey pintripes.
