Sporting Cristal umbro football Shirt 2011

Based near Peru’s capital city of Lima, Sporting Cristal have a long and prestigious history, which includes an appearance in the final of the Copa Libertadores in 1997. The team originally played in dark blue shirts, but switched to a lighter sky blue in the early 1980s.

These new shirts for 2011 commemorate all these distinct periods in Cristal’s history with three beautiful shirts. All tailored by Umbro to provide great fit, comfort for both players and fans and a smart, classic look, the shirts are bound to attract plenty of attention both in Peru and beyond.

Incredible, best kits we'll see in a while.
what's the chances the sponsor will ruin it?

The shoulder stitching makes it look like a hockey shirt. Still, a good design.

. Umbro do a pro range how come this range not avalable to amature clubs as clubs would purchase shirts and trainning gear and pay the extra money instead of the bog standard for everyone.

Couldn't agree more. If Umbro made their four or five basic "tailored" templates available in different colourways as teamwear, they'd be big sellers. They are missing a trick.

I really like the collars on these ones.

Pure class kit. Umbro did a great job for all 3 teams. BTW same model presenting the kits?

the cleaner the better. Umbro does it again! The key is the cotton feel on the outside. that's why the clean look works.

beautiful,

the material seems weird though, i don't have any recent Umbro shirt, does anyone here do ? isn't it too fragile ?

The only thing that could make kits like this better would be.............. if the away shirt was on the reverse of the home shirt! That would be nice. very nice.

These kits are absolutely stunning.

I've recently bought the new Wales shirt (also made by Umbro) and the material is like any other kit made since the 90s. Very envious.
