FA CUP Finalists Stoke City will bear a striking resemblance to Inter Milan on their travels . . . following the unveiling of their new away kit for next season.
The new adidas strip which City will wear in the 2011-12 campaign has a blue and black striped shirt most commonly associated with the Italian giants.
It certainly got the seal of approval of central defensive pair Ryan Shawcross and Robert Huth when they showed off the kit for the first time this week.
"Let's hope we can play like Inter Milan too," smiled City's captain Shawcross. "It looks very impressive and I am sure it will be a winner with our fans."
The 2011-12 away kit will hit the Official Club Stores on Saturday ahead of the game at Aston Villa and will be available to order online.
City's Head of Commercial Andrew Billingham said: "This is another big step forward for the Club and I am sure all our supporters going to the away matches at Aston Villa and Blackpool over the next fortnight will want to get their hands on the new shirt.
"This reflects the progress being made by providing the quality and excellence of market-leading products for our playing squad, staff and supporters.
"We have worked closely with our Principal Club Partner Britannia to incorporate their brand into the new look to the shirt and we are delighted with the result."
The new away shirts start at £42.00 for adults and £32.00 for juniors, while there is also a range of away goalkeeper's kit available with the launched product.

as for the kit, best adidas kit if seen in a long time.. nike might want to learn from umbro tailored and adidas
too many bland kits from nike these days
i know adidas make some bland kits but for teams that never have extravagant kits ..
look at russias old kits , beautiful
Nice and simple - looks great.
Collar needlessly fussy, but the overall look is top.
They had the same kit for the 2009-10 sesson
Black and blue, the same colour any opposing team will be after 90mins!
Good luck at Wembley Stoke!
Not much is better than beating the Gunners!
SHIT ON THE VILLA
2 years later and Adidas are as creative as ever...
Not crazy about adidas finishing their stripes part-way down the sleeve these days - if there's no badge in the "gap" the shirt looks a bit "unfinished", for mine.
Stoke have played in blue and black before, when they were just called Stoke, but the blue was lighter and they wore hoops. Overall, its a nice kit, and the collar really works well here.
cmon u mighty potters
wembley fa cup final
beautiful
Actully arsenals is dark blue with light blue not black
Overall it's a nice kit and I've already purchased the top.
Actually, a pottery-colored kit would be interesting to consider for the future. Sort of a medium khaki. Salutes the team name while managing to look suitably different from the home stripes.
by the way anybody know anything about dundee fc new kits?
inter should've use this design....
it's suitable for the champions team
i hope Stroke City can make it......
