Here is the Swedish national team's new away shirt for 2011/2012 manufactured by Umbro, which will be available here.
Sweden who have changed the design of their away shirt as little as a year ago have once again changed designs.
Sticking with the Umbro 'Tailored' style, the new shirt is a darker shade of blue than it's previous incarnation. The main difference comes in the style of a yellow sash, diagnonal from the right shoulder down to the bottom of the shirt.

So, once in a while, it might get boring, simple or stupid. Umbro kits are, like you said, typical, but which one isn't? Nike has its own typical templates and so has Adidas.
guess it's a nice play from Umbro considering it's an away kit. Kind of like specially 'cos it dares a bit more than the usual all blue swedish away kit.
Exactly, and as I said before, I could design this in 5 minutes! honestly, how long did it take them to design this? Besides! the crest and sash are misplaced! on such a simple design, don't mess up the basics!
On this one I do not really like the contrast between the yellow and blue -- the yellow could be a bit darker.
not for me though really dislike this shirt

That don't suprise me they're both lazy, Umbro are owned by Nike.
Umbro is owned by Nike, isn't it?
Since when do Sweden wear navy?
ok so which football shirt manufacturer do you work for? none? then shut the censored up

Really seems like Umbro is more interested in drawing attention to their own logo, the more I look at this.
I like that it is an opposite side sash. For years I've been hoping the US goes to this and they came close this past year.
pay attention to all kits there pretty much all the same with just added on bits
add to this that all teams have there say in what they want so Umbro/Nike/adidas etc coudl make something fantastic and the club say's no we want generic and it has to be.
Neither of the two colours' hues have anything to do with those on the badge, so the badge looks weak and feeble. All in all it looks like a design intern did it during their lunch break.
