valencia 11-12 joma football shirts

Alongside manufacturers Joma, Valencia CF gave the official presentation of the 2011/12 season kits at the Veles e Vents building. In attendance were over a hundred schoolchildren and all of the city's sporting press, watching on as a spectacular event played out in front of them.

Players Vicente Guaita, Aritz Aduriz, David Albelda and Roberto Soldado arrived by speedboat, making the coolest entry of the day. Each of the quartet was decked out in one of the new kits for the upcoming season (the three outfield strips and the goalkeeping jersey).

Joma have opted for a white shirt, a more intense orange number and a slick black garment for VCF to use in the league, cup and Champions League. Soldado wore the home strip (white and black), Albelda the away shirt (black) and Aduriz the third choice kit (orange with white shorts) Guaita's goalkeeping attire was one of those chosen by Joma -on this occasion a blue jersey and shorts combination.

Each of the kits have a gold trim, anti-irritation stitching, the VCF bat on the back and ‘ Amunt VCF’ emblazoned on the sleeve.

A video about Joma's 40 years of experience warmed the crowd up for the official unveiling, undertaken by Fructuoso López: “This is a big day for Joma. Today we begin a five-year association with the club. This will provide Joma with worldwide exposure. Valencia CF will ensure our presence everywhere. We are going to work hard to give Valencia CF the best conditions possible."

Manuel Llorente added his thoughts later on: “We are going to have a succesful season, and the Joma strips will become part of history -just like those that we saw in the video. I hope that these kits will be part of a trophy-winning campaign. We are going to give all that we have. I have a feeling that we are going to achieve big things alongside Joma."

"I like the designs a lot. They are attractive and simple -pure football shirts that the fans like. Joma believe in Valencia CF and we believe in Joma."

I noticed that the red one is the same shirt/collar style as the new Leicester City Burrda away top.

Valencia had some of the best kits going around when they were supplied by Nike. White, black and orange are great colours to work with and Joma came up with this....very disappointing.

I saw on another website that Valencia were to have a yellow and red striped shirt with a blue collar, was offical photo by Joma. What happened to that, it was much better than any of these.

What´s the problem??
If kit its not nike or adidas is a bad kit??
Joma pays 4M euros to VCF.
Nike before pays 1.5M
Adidas wants to pay 2M
Viva JOMA

The brand is not important, the designs are and this is bad. I suppose Valencia wont care though as Joma has offered more money as you say.

They get plus points for going sponsor-free on the shirt and moving it to the shorts instead.

Looks good. Joma did a great job.. Not all those things on the sleeves and blinky stripes on the chest... AND their sponsor isn't printed on the shirt yet, so it looks very plain/dull. I like!!

These are really smart, classy kits for a manufacturer with a bad reputation I like the fact that there is no sponsor on the shirt, but because its on the shorts, it means the player numbers on the shorts look slightly out of place. All in all, a good effort

Kappa kits were far better. The fit of the jerseys don´t look right.

The big J logo (like an anchor) on the sleeve is horrible.

The details at the collar/front on the home, black and keeper jerseys have been seen many times before in other kits. Nothing special.

I think this was a great opportunity for Joma to improve their image as a kit designer with a big team and They have failed.

Valencia has a 4th kit. It is registered in Europe. So they might use it in CL.

I like the orange jersey a lot, but from Kappa to Joma? What a pity. The home kit, the away kit, the third kit, it's always the same shirt! Only the colors change.
In spite of, as I said, liking the orange jersey, it looks cheap. But at least it's better than Nike (Nike makes awful kits every year).
