Norwegian club Vålerenga IF got their new 2011 football kits today. Adidas takes over as shirt-supplier for Vålerenga Football till 2015 and replaces Kappa. At the same time, it is clear that (the Bank) Nordea will be the new sponsor. In 2010 it was (enegry supplier) Hafslund who paid to have its name on the blue shirt. The deal with Nordea will last for 4 years.
Up to 1913, Vålerenga's kit was moss green ("VIFs Drakter"). In 1914, the Norwegian State Railways had a set of blue and red kits left over, which Vålerenga bought cheaply, so their official colours became blue and red.

Already happens I'm afraid, clubs in Austria and Wales have done it.
Even some big clubs have done it. Look at Bayer Leverkusen...
To come back to the kit, I think this is a great kit. Would have perfectly worked for France, both home and away. But we're going Nike now...
That's not true. Bayer Leverkusen didn't take the sponsors name to gain additional money. The club was founded by Bayer workers as a company sports club, the name "bayer" always has been part of the club's name.
By the Way: The Name Leverkusen is coming from a companies name and is referring to the name of a chemical an pharmaceutical producer (leverkus), which moved his company to the region where the city is now situated in the 19th century. The new built homes for the workers who also moved to this region was called Leverkusen.
Being a cologne fan I would like to point out another fact, that the club Bayer Leverkusen is just a artificial plastic club. The club's name however isn't one of those facts.
"RED BULL"
I normally can't stand adidas club kits but it's not bad.. look really comfortable. the techfit shirts are starting to look like bra straps though lol..

some countries football isn't as rich as say the premiership! at least countries like norway aren't running in mega debt like the top clubs. btw that aint a sponsor on the neck its the clubs initials!!!
How many sponsers will be added when these kits are really worn in the next season?
Nordea went for a total sponsorship for Vålerenga to get cleaner shirts which is, as you point out, not normal for scandinavian clubs, and unique in norway. Being the only club in the top two divisions from Oslo, a city at the size of Copenhagen, comes with its benefits.
i think looks better in tech fit.
This is it, Vålerenga never have lots of logos and try to keep it clean. The coolest shirts in Norwegian football.
This is the shirt they used in 2010: http://www.vg.no/uploaded/image/bilderigg/2009/07/17/1247830376902_301.jpg
The logos on the Adidas shirt will be changed on the shirt they will use in march when the norwegian PL starts. The main logo will be moved a bit down, the VIF-logos on the shorts and socks will be the official logo etc.
