This is the new Wolves home kit for the 2011/12 season, as revealed at tonight's End of Season awards at the Telford International Centre.
Karl Henry is seen here modelling the new kit which was also exhibited by several of the players on stage at the start of the evening. The new kit, designed by Burrda, has been created using the latest fabric technology and a moisture management system to offer peak performance for the players and maximum comfort and fit for supporters.
In response to feedback from supporters, the shirt is almost completely gold in colour complete with mesh panelling detail and benefits from a new process for the application of the Wolves and Burrda logos which creates almost a 3D effect.
Further detail is provide by 'We are Wolves' neck taping and a small Wolves logo on the back under the neck.
The shorts are almost completely black with the socks gold.
The new home kit has also been frozen in price once again, with shirts priced at £40 for adults, £35 for ladies, and £30 for juniors and mini-kits.
The kit is available to pre-order from Thursday, May 19, either online or in person at Wolves' Official Retail stores, and will be available to purchase from the middle of June.

everyone knows you've been paid to do this
1. Its less orange in the flesh than in the photo, it does look more like gold in the flesh
2. The Burrda logo and wolves badge are made out of the same furry material that are used for the numbering and letters on the back of the shirt, same with the small wolves badge on the back of the collar (nice touch). It is the same effect with the shorts too.
3. There are also black lines at the bottom of the shirt that you cant see due to Henry having his shirt tucked in, these lines go around to the back of the shirt and connect up at the back, its the same with the upper lines too, which leaves a big space on the back for the letters/numbers.
IMO this kit needs to grow on me, im not 100% having such a small amound of black on the shirt but well see :)
