Valencia CF launched the new 12/13 Third Football Shirt made by Joma for the Christmas campaign, adding it to the existing range of kits for the 2012/13 season.
Led by the phrase “At Christmas: New colours with the same feeling” the new kit was presented by players Roberto Soldado, Éver Banega, Fernando Gago, Tino Costa and Nelson Haedo Valdez.
It features two colours symbolic for the club: Black and orange. It will be used for new challenges ahead this year, including the knockout stage of the UEFA Champions League, the Copa del Rey and the La Liga BBVA matches. It was worn for the first time last Saturday, November 24 th, at La Rosaleda against Málaga CF in the league.
The shirt has been manufactured from a 100% polyester sporting material, to which a MICRO-MESH SYSTEM has been applied to allow for maximum wicking. Sweat is expelled through the outside of the fabric and quickly evaporates, with the added effect of reducing body heat. Breathable fabric pieces have also been introduced in the underarm and back areas where sweat is most commonly encountered.
The shirt is intended to provide the utmost comfort for players. That is why FLATLOCK stitching has been used, specially covered on the inside of the shirt to avoid friction and provide room for mobility. Stitching on the lower part of the shirt and the neck have also been covered.
Valencia CF and Joma have chosen a combination of two colours associated with the club: Black and orange. The predominant color is black, with orange details on the neck and a vertical band on the chest that frames the Valencia CF badge. The lower and neck stitching features a specially embroidered “València C.F.” and “Amunt València” inscription, respectively.
The design is completed by the JinkoSolar logo on the front as Main Sponsor and official sponsor MSC’s logo on the left sleeve, alongside the Joma golden seal of authenticity.
