Wait, you support Man Utd, and dare give Barnet slack for these kits?! Have you even seen your new home kit?!

Also, Barnet are fan-owned, I believe. But enjoy the Glazer family and their debts

Really? Barnet and clubs like them are "real" football, with fans that turn up week in and out, home and away and make a real difference to their local community and a way into football for talented young players.

If you want to believe that football is only about the Top 6 in the Premier league plus Real Madrid and Barcelona then take your place in line with the other thousands of glory supporting half wits. The Premier League is fantastic and I've no issue with fans of Liverpool, Man Utd, Arsenal etc who support their team with genuine conviction, but English Football is 92 league clubs plus the Conference etc and all have their part to play.

"Proper football" is about more than just winning things - you may have noticed that there are two teams involved in a match and therefore if one of them wins, the other must lose.

Manchester United have been extremely successful in recent years and if the reason you choose to support them if because of this, then fine. Many United fans love their team, but understand and respect other teams and the roles they all play in English Football - nothwithstanding the rivalries and enmity that is all part of the supporter experience.

Sadly, many others are the simple minded arrogant pond life who just want to associate themselves with a successful team and run down everything else due to their own massive inadequacy. Sadly, you seem to be in this group.

Anyway, this is a site about football shirt designs, if you want to chirp on about how much you love United continually there are many alternative sites you might want to try.

...and you Sir clearly know censored all about anything including football.
1. Man Utd have only won 12 Premiership titles and 7 Division One titles.
2. It is not even called the Premiership anymore it is the Premier League.
3. Barnet is a town in Hertfordshire.
4. Without so called 'lesser teams' there would be no league system and therefore no Champions of any kind.
5. I could go on about basic grammar and other things YOU clearly knownothing about but cannot be arsed.
If you wish to mock others for their lack of knowledge at least make sure that you at least have a basic grasp of what you are talking about.

For "The Home Kit sporting bee-esque stripes, and both kits featuring an Underhill-pitch-style-slope across the chest.", read "The Home Shirt, in an awful shade of orange and black is made of chopped up bits of other shirts tailored in such a clueless way as to make professional footballers look overweight"

If players look porky in this shirt, fans will look like Jabba the Hutt.

The colour of the away is a gimmick, but love the "under arm fag burn" ventilation system.

Actually looks pretty good although up close a bit random and unsure of the quality. As for the purple its a bit of a marmite kit. Personally I like it but I can't imagine the colour being a fan favourite unless they are all pet shop boys fans !

Shame to see such negative sentiments about these kits. I think the home is absolute class; it's the same template Bury use for their home top, but Barnet's colours work a lot better. The Underhill bit is obviously gilding the lilly, but alas, almost every manufacturer does that; see Liverpool's "sailor-inspired" away, Man Utd's home being justified under the guise of..... gingham jacquards (I honestly have no idea what Nike was thinking), and Middlesbrough selling adidas teamwear with a yoke on it under the guise of vaguely looking like a shirt from the old days.

The away kit shows that Surridge, in my eyes a great kitprovider, is willing to make detailled strips for smaller clubs; the white part of the logo (and maybe the white rose too) has been altered to purple to fit with the main colour of the shirt

Home looks a lot better with the shorts but a bad idea getting Eamonn Holmes to model it.

Away one not so keen on . The Man U 'fan' above has really made himself look stupid. Someone should show him where Manchester is on a map

Worked in the Barnet club shop for 3 years until the start of last season and the away kit use to always get a mixed reaction. Mainly good and most of the away fans in League 2 seemed to like the fact that Barnet had a different coloured away kit compared to all the other teams in the division who usually have the generic blue/red/white coloured away kit.

Also please be aware that the players look fat as they only started pre-season training on Monday(2nd July) and these pictures were taking at the Family Fun Day on 1st July.

The other thing is the person modelling the away kit is former player/Barnet Legend Ken Charlery so thats the reason he looks a bit chunky

Fair play to Barnet for having a different kit sponsor tbh, they've done well on a low budget and are now an established league 2 club; hope they give the Gas a run for their money when they play them; good luck for the new season.
