Bayern Munchen 12/13 Adidas Third Football Shirt

Bayern Munich unveiled the new 12/13 Adidas third football shirt, which will be available here

The new kit will be used in the Champions league. The three stripes and adidas logo are coloured silver, while the stripes on the chest symbolize the roof of the Allianz Arena.

As a fan of FC Bayern, I have to say this is something special. We've had (with this one) three dark CL strips in a row now, but this is unique - love the orangey red trim and the silver stripes. Just one thing - can people here stop dissing adidas please? The three stripes is a trademark that has been around (in one form or another) for around forty years, which makes a nice change from kit suppliers who change their trim every five minutes, losing any individuality. How much better would the current crop of Umbro teams be with the classic diamond trim on the sleeves? Or Nike strips with the solid lined trim and coloured panels as with the late 90's? I would personally be a bit disappointed if one of Bayern's strips was released without the three stripes on it...
