This is the new Umbro Ireland away shirt for 2012. The new kit goes on sale on February 24th and it is expected to be worn against the Czech Republic in Dublin on February 29th.
Jonathan Courtenay Director of Football at Umbro Ireland said "I'm delighted with the new kit, it's possibly my favourite jersey ever, not just for Ireland either, when seen with the shorts and particularly the socks it looks stunning. I've been asked lots of times already and although the draws have not been made I think Ireland will wear this against both Spain & Italy in the 2012 European Championships in Poland. We will also have 100 jerseys for each game available with the match details against Croatia, Spain and Italy on pre-sale exclusively from faishop.com from February 10th"

This is a great looking kit though, extremely clean looking.
the black kit was €65 only used twice...and now thats the 3rd kit and wont be used ever again! FAI are robbing C**T'S!
it is a nice kit but still ....
Err how would he know they was bring out a new kit you dumb English c*nt
What is the 3 supposed to signify? Is it a sponsor logo?
Onion Bag, likely.
Faishop.com preordered mine with the spain gdnask thingy on it, first ireland jersey i've got in like 6 years
or the next Real Madrid back to black trimed shirts.
Slack.
what does this have to do with anything?
????
FAI stop ripping off the supporters by changing your shirts each and every half year.
Worn by Ireland
Made in China ?
The beauty of gobalisation.
The FAI assure supporters that the current home shirt is - at least- be worn till the E.C.
TBH the away one (i love it....) is the home shirt with 98% of the shirt being painted white and the "sash" left in that odd green pattern.
speaking bout a sash and Ireland...sorry.
MON THE IRISH
Thats the sponsor
Even if I liked the sash and collar, the "3" logo is just trash. Even if they just moved that odious sponsors logo to the sleeve or a small one below the crest, I want it OFF the chest, as no national team should have sponsor logos like that.
I just hope that Ireland scrape into qualifying for a World Cup one of these days so that we can buy a sponsor-less kit for the first time since 2002.
yeah pal think the FAI store in Westmoreland St give them without the sponsor if you ask them, sure they have them in stick sponsorless. The team numbers look well on the front, will look good when they play.
