This is the new St Mirren 12/13 away kit, produced by new Official Kit Suppliers Diadora, which will be available to buy from Thursday 6th September

Diadora, established in 1948, has become one of the most recognisable sporting and heritage brands in the world. The move to the brand has proved very popular with fans as more than 1,000 shirts have already been sold this season. This is already on route to beating last years’ record sales, over 50% more than previous comparative seasons.

St Mirren Commercial Director, Richard Atkinson, said: “The support the club received last season, and into the start of this new season, has been superb; no more evident than in the kit sales increase. We are very grateful to Diadora for their assistance in helping us reward this through the child shirt voucher with all new junior season tickets. Having an extra 1,000 children wearing the shirt with pride can only bode well for the future of the club.”

Guy Walker, JD Sports Head of Football, said: “We are very proud to support St Mirren and the club’s progress both on and off the field is very pleasing. The shirt sales have been very encouraging and we are sure the new away kit will see a similar positive reaction, particularly with the fantastic season ticket offer for the juniors.”

The new all black strip with a red stripe was first worn by the team on Sunday 26th August v Motherwell ahead of its full launch on Thursday 6th September.

Thanks to Allan

Love this Essendon looking strip. If only Diadora wasn't written twice.

They should swap the smallest DIADORA with the logo and get rid of the logo on the arms.

Classy Kit (all 3 for St.Mirren this year are)

Positive, clean kit for a historically big scottish team on their way back up. Kilmarnock and Motherwell (similar size clubs to St.Mirren) should take note! (to be fair i actually quite like Motherwell's top!)
