This is the new Wales 12/13 Away Football Shirt made by Umbro, which will be available here.
The Umbro Wales Away Shirt 2012/2013 features the national team crest adorning the left side of the chest, along with the Umbro double diamond logo opposite and a fold over collar and buttoned placket for a traditional look.

I don't think they'll be gone for long. The name has such a long tradition and is so well recognised that the rights will be bought up soon enough. Of course that's not to say that they'll ever be a major brand again.
