Arsenal 13/14 Nike Away Football Shirt Leaked

Arsenal 13/14 Nike Away Football Shirt Leaked

This appears to be the new Arsenal Away football shirt made by Nike for the 2013-14 season.

Rumours have been circulating for many months that the Gunners would be returning to a yellow and navy/royal blue Away kit and this leak appears to endorse those reports.  We will have to wait until the official unveiling to be sure, but this does seem to be a genuine design.

Arsenal have a great history of achievement in yellow and blue, appearing in the colours in several FA Cup Finals and when unforgettably winning the 1988-89 League Championship with a stoppage time goal from Michael Thomas at Anfield.

Find Football t-shirts at footytees.com - New shirts every week

The colours were also more recently worn in the infamous Battle of Old Trafford, when a missed injury time Ruud van Nistelrooy penalty spurred Arsenal on to a record 49 league matches unbeaten.  Initial reports suggested the 2013-14 shirt would be very similar to that worn in 2003-04 but this image now shows a more sparing use of blue on a polo shirt-style collar.

Arsenal fans will hope the return of yellow and blue will provide the inspiration needed for a trophy-winning season which, if rumours are to be believed, may be the last with Nike before the club returns to adidas.

Thanks to Andrew

I love it! I'm fine with some avant-garde away strips, as long as they ground it in tradition from time-to-time.

I admit I'm no graphic designer, but I wonder how this would look if we bastardized our crest a bit; the red in it just throws it all off. Many teams adapt the colors of their crest to go w/ the color scheme of a shirt (Chelsea, United to name two) and I think it could pay off here. Otherwise, good looking shirt. I, for one, am happy.

Agreed!
The yellow away kit from a couple seasons ago which is now used as third kit looked awesome last year with the monotone redberry badge like they wore against Milan in the CL.

As a gunner, delughted we're returning to these colours. The polo style could go very right or very wrong, depending entirely on how it fits the player...

there is a mistake in he title. It's a leak picture from a test back in 93 / 94. Shoud be worn quiet large with large shorts, short hai on the top and long on the back.
Gold chain is not excluded.

Yellow & Blue. Not tottenham white, not purple or burgundy or blue.

Shame its got the mickey mouse crest on it and not a simple cannon and balls

Traditional away colours for the Gooners and a shirt with a decent collar on it.

FOR F**KS NO IT IS NOT ADIDAS NEXT YEAR. CAN'T ALL YOU THICK KIDS READ A SIMPLE DATE CORRECTLY!?!?
Nike's deal expires at the end of 13/14 Season.
So then Arsenal will have a new Home and a new Away kit made by Adidas, who last made our kits in 1993/1994 season.
