This is the new FC Copenhagen Third shirt and kit, by adidas.

Informed by fan opinion, the new orange kit references the colour associated with the Leo star sign - with connotations regarding the lion and the Danish club - and has been chosen also to signify a will to win.  Also nodding to a 1-0 win against Club Brugge which advanced the side in the Champions League in 2008 - where orange was worn - the hope is that the new version will help the side replicate that success.  The adidas logo, stripes, collar, crest and Carlsberg Sport sponsor logo are all in pale blue.

Creative Football T-Shirts at Footytees.com - Featuring prints by a range of talented artists

The kit was also put together using customisation options available in adidas's mi Team system, allowing the fans to have a direct input into the finished article.

With that orange and pale blue, this could have been a Houston Dynamo kit

I love how kit manufacturers always try to give an explanation for their random colour choice. Orange representing the will to win, Blue representing the tradition of the club, Yellow representing pride, and so on. I wonder who gave that meaning to colours.

The problem in this case is that Adidas is not the designers of the kit. It's FC K?

It's Semiotics!? What rock have you been hiding under? If you haven't noticed, road signs use the same colour system, red is danger, amber warning etc.

I actually really like this and I like nearly all of the World Cup kits, don't agree with countries changing colours of shorts (Spain, Germany etc) but I think the shirt designs are really cool!

I feel like this shirt is perfect sometimes going not going all oout on a shirt design is good its simple, but the colors seem to beautifully cover the fact that no artistic creativity was put on this kit. Although they maybe should have added a outline of a lion like on the right torso area.

Not really, because Carlsberg Sport is a soda (a bit similar to Sprite) here in Denmark.
