Arsenal unveiled their new adidas home kit for our the 20/21 season.

The bold Art Deco style of Highbury's iconic East Stand inspires this adidas jersey with a nod to the retro design of the 60s & 70s shirt thrown into the mix with a deep red body and white ribbed crewneck.

Lack of something special.

Looks good from the front, but I am not at all sure that I like the white on the back. Same socks as last year..?

My thoughts too. Can't decide if the white on the back really adds anything other than making the cannon a focal point and shades of 04/05 where the name went.

I read somewhere that the new socks would be red.

Home socks ARE red, with a white turnover and 3 red stripes on turnover.

They look very white with a red band and three red stripes on the turnover to me in the photo.

I could be wrong though.

As it333 says it lacks something, at first glance I thought great , 70s retro but on closer inspection I'm not keen on the main body pattern and I'm not keen on the back and nowt to do with just this shirt but the badge has never grown on me , a return to the white cannon please or is that only me , with a few small tweaks it could have been a classic

This would more or less fairly ok, if it wasn't for just two things:

1. the pattern on the body. It just looks messy, unnecessary and a total afterthought.
2. David bloody Luis in the photo. Quite surprised he managed to put the shirt on the right way round; he must be improving.....
