The English Football League’s Grimsby Town have launched their 2020-21 Erreà Third kit.

The League Two side’s secondary change outfit is, somewhat fittingly considering the fishing traditions of the area, in salmon.

The shirt has a repeated chevron effect, below the Young’s sponsorship branding, which perhaps suggests fish scales or gills. Once again, the sponsor stands out due to not keeping to the palette of the kit - all other embellishment appears in black, including the Erreà chest logo and crest.

The shorts and socks perfectly match the shirt in their salmon and black.

Thanks for reminding me I have to stock up on salmon fillets
Did Youngs bribe Errea to do this?

It's prawn!

Terrible idea to entrust your kit design to sponsors. What next? Betting companies changing your club's colours to red and black? Fly Emirates incorporating jet turbine patterns? Man Utd shirt looking like a dashboard?

My first impression was that it looked like a prawn or lobster.

That is Terry Bull!
