German 2. Bundesliga side VfL Bochum have launched their new Nike Home kit for the 2020-21 season.
The navy Home shirt is relatively simple, nodding to a design of the late 1980s and early 1990s, with a diagonal shadow stripe effect to the jacquard of the torso, with plain sleeves and statement contrast cuffs and neck design in white.
This augmentation perfectly matches the crest, Nike Swoosh logo and “Tricorp Workwear” sponsorship branding, with “BOCHUM” printed boldly on the back below the “1848” detail and above the Bochum-branded number (and name) printing.

The stark contrast of the navy and the white is marketed to represent the floodlighting of Bochum’s stadium - the light against the backdrop of the night sky - and this extends to the plain navy shorts and socks to complete the look.
