Leeds United sign Umbro deal E-mail

 It is a unique partnership that will see Leeds United Ladies playing in a personalised UMBRO kit, which has been specifically tailored for the team. In addition UMBRO will also supply training kit, equipment and boots.

Leeds United Ladies FC have announced that leading kit manufacturers Umbro will be supplying the playing kit for the first team in the FA Women’s Premier League Cup Final, as well as for the remainder of the season

It is a unique partnership that will see Leeds United Ladies playing in a personalised Umbro kit, which has been specifically tailored for the team. In addition Umbro will also supply training kit, equipment and boots.

Chairperson, Melanie Vauvelle said "I am delighted with the sponsorship and we are proud to be associated with a leading football brand." 

"The kit has been specifically designed for women and we hope to work together with UMBRO to ensure Ladies kits are more readily available to players participating at all levels allowing them to wear the same kit as their icons."

The new shirts are available to buy through Leeds United Ladies FC. A limited number are available with FA Women's Premier League Cup Final embroidery and personalised with player’s names and numbers, exactly like the team will be wearing for the Cup final.

UMBRO Teamwear spokesperson Peter O’Neill said: "UMBRO is totally committed to the growth of women’s football and we are delighted to be supporting one of England’s premier ladies teams."

To support the growth in Women’s football we have also launched a one-stop-shop, where clubs and players can get their hands on balls, training equipment and playing kit in one place.UMBRO will also take care of all your printing and embroidery requirements leaving you more time to sort out matters on the pitch

 Prices are: Women's sizes: Small, Medium and Large (£29.99) and Child sizes: SB, LB & XLB (£24.99).
