Bradford City will be having an all white change strip next season as they press forward with their promotion challenge

Bradford City will be having an all white change strip next season as they press forward with their promotion challenge. Supporters attending the Player of the Year Awards on Tuesday evening got the first glimpse of the new kit and the first photographs are on the official club website today.

The kit has claret and amber trim and also has the traditional black as a mark of respect to those who died following the Bradford Fire Disaster in 1985. The white kit has the black incorporated into the design of a ribbon which is embroidered on the sleeve. (It should be noted that this is not visible on the graphic on this page).

I watched the Brentford Bradford game the other week and this 3rd kit is better than the monostrosity they were wearing at griffin park. Although there might be some complaints with it being well, all-White. Black shorts might help! nice to see people sparing a thought for people lost in tragedies.

Its very similar to the away kit we had in our promotion season and in the premiership... lets hope it brings the same fortunes it did back them...

Every Bradford kit (Home & Away) holds the colour black to remember those lost in the Bradford Fire Disaster.

As always with Surridge, the artist\'s impression was way better than the finished article. Sub-standard stitching, sew-on crest, crest, Surridge logo and sponsor way too low down, and the length of a dress and not a shirt! Very disappointing. And as for the home shirt,... good grief! Claret and amber are not two colours you can stylishly combine with each other, especially when so many people insist on retaining the stripes, but if that\'s what you\'re limited to, it should be kept as simple as possible. I\'m beginning to wonder whether Surridge\'s standards are slipping even further as they struggle to meet increasing demand from a their increasing number of client clubs. They could end up regretting trying to run before they could walk...

forget that. why dont they bring back the old shirts to sell in the club shop like
other clubs do with their own shirts. ive been looking all over to try and get the 1987/1988 home shirt with no look.
