Celtic unveiled their new away kit made by Nike for the 08-09 season. The new kit has a yellow shirt, green shorts and yellow socks. Celtic will also be selling non-sponsored 2008-09 shirts.

It looks like the same template as the Aussie kit Nike launched this year, but with a lighter green - it's ok, obviously nothing special.

At least when Celtic go to Hibs next season there won't be a colour clash problem, like last season where they had a choice of three green kits. :?

Celtic have a distinctive strip and this does stand out but it is mingin :?

they had a nice black away strip, bring that back, even the dark green was not bad. I wouldn't wipe my arse with this.

This is not a copy of either Brazil or Australia. This is simply a revival of the 2002-03 away and 2003-04 third kits. Celtic likes to pull from the past. Hopefully, this kit will bring an away European win like it did in Boavista in 2003.

Wow, that is more or less identical to the Australia kit, same collar and pretty much same gold tinge.
But the Aussie version has stripes (like the current Arsenal home) down the sides.

This is a class kit though.

Yellow is a great change.

If they stayed in Green you'd all be saying it looks just like the last One, if they had gone to Black you'd all say it's boring & if they don't do simple & slick, you'd say it's not Celtic! - Make your minds up!!!!

I think it's a great kit. Subtle, elegant & a positive new direction. Another SPL winning kit!

Good neckline, typical Celtic in that it very much is on the conservative side, with this kit they will not need a 3rd kit.It is very attractive colour combination( Norwich-Australia is amber & dark green-sorry to be pedantic-Scott Macdonald will be safe!).
As Celtic kits go it is ok-nothing spectacular.But sure not bad. Again though the Casrling logo sticks out like a sore thumb. plus the lager itself is grosse.
