It looks like these are the new Everton Home and away shirts for the 2008/2009 season made by Umbro. These are "leaked" pictures and the shirts are not officially confirmed yet. We have to wait for the kit launch to be sure... Everton will release pictures for the new Umbro home kit for 2008/09 on Thursday 5th June.

They are completely fake. They are the everton shirts you could get from sportsdirect.com and jjb.

I have 2, both made by Umbro. They aren't really them.

i hate them white collar things, even if they are just the design and only made to look like collars....then why? why do designers think that stylish? fulham had it last year - they looked shit and chelsea have got it this year! LAME...

i actually prefer the away one tho - retro but nice, if u have seen the new russia shirt its similar.

oh and am a bit worried umbro have given up cos (bar the collar thing) our shirt has hardly changed in the last 3 or 4 years

that kind of "fake effect"collar was launched by diadora few years back (see roma old shirt) and since then nike and umbro copied and use it in many of their templates...

I quite like the away shirt, too, and the home shirt is nowhere as bad as people are saying it is. The way I look at it, if is OK for the players to wear it, it's OK for me too!

The last few Everton home kits have been very similar to each other. Not enough innovation.

The away kit won't be able to be used at places like Blackburn, West Brom etc... so I suppose Everton are doing their old trick of bringing out a range of 3rd/4th/5th kits once again.

I've got no beef with Everton but it smells like a rip off to me

The last decent strip we had was the 05/06. Why cant we have something more radicle.... We are one of the proudest clubs around.. why cant we have a shirt to reflect that?
A good idea could be to have a pole... where two or three kits are designed perhaps one a bit more radicle and we the fans vote for it?

Home shirt - very poor. Apart from the yellow on the collar disappearing and the diamonds slipping down the arm its nearly identical.
I HOPE WE'RE KEEPING THE WHITE SOCKS.

Away kit = also poor. Same as last year except for the stupid stripe.

You've had my season ticket renewal money but you aint getting a penny out of me for the kit. I used to like UMBRO, now they can just fupp off.

your home kits always look the same and the away kit is going to be a generic umbro effort as west ham already have this shirt.

also the pattern on the back is unneccessary and quite frankly ugly!
