very nice kit, to put the city coat of arms on it is quite original

lame sponsor though...

I agree, the sponsor looks like crap.

l\'OM will definitely have the best Ligue 1 kits this upcoming season with that sharp argyle away kit and then this home one. I also love the fact that the city coat of arms is located on the front. I\'ve always wanted to see that on jerseys.

Perhaps this will start a new revolution? lol

I really like the shaded badge for the new Marseille football kit. I feel it is quite original and helps brings out a quite plain design into something much more appealing. Adidas have certainly done a great job.

The only negitive point I feel is the \'Direct Energie\' sponsor band is too big, with there being no need for it stretching over the whole front of the shirt.

got to agree with adriano_football_kit_guy, the direct energie logo is the only negative thing on this brilliant and sweet ass kit

True about the sponsor, but that\'s the french style with commerical advertisements. Most of the teams have up to 3-4 sponsors per kit.

I think Marseille, PSG and Lyon are the only ones that generate enough revenue that they dont\' have to compromise the kit.

Allez les Stephanois!

Almost a perfect OM shirt.

Good Idea the shaded city badge, good simple collar, and not so bad sponsor..

but the away one is better!

An average shirt comapared to recent excellent ones from Marseille.

I don\'t like this kind of collar and the sponsorship logo is far too strident.

I agree. I think the sponsor should at least be smaller. But you never know how it\'ll look until it gets on the pitch. Otherwise, another great kit by OM.

I had a lot of hope but this sadly isn\'t as good as expected or as the (albeit extremely accurate) mockups had me believe.

Wonderful touch with the city crest (not many clubs worldwide could really take that step), ok-ish collar (in that there is one) but the sleeve template used isn\'t that nice (not sure about the stripes stopping dead like that. Didn\'t really work on the Euro 08 kits).

I actually quite like the sponsor big like that. At least they\'ve gotten rid of the bid orange swirl thing and kept to l\'OM\'s traditional colours for it. I think it works in a retro stylee.

I think I might buy it in a more fitted size. Wearing it baggy like that does it no favours. Pop it on me, pop the collar and Bow won\'t know what\'s hit it. BAM!

Coat of arms is far too big. Shirt sponsor is absolutely disgusting. Collar is crap (it\'s like the adidas \'98 kits all over again). Don\'t fool yourselves into thinking that this shirt is \"classy\". It\'s another piece of shite put together by a company who seems increasingly more interested in profits than producing world class football shirts that it used to.

When you see a New Marseille shirt. You\'re always in for a treat and this adds to the tally what a blooming nicer kit , the away ones even better though. I think the sponser is made to match the shirt, it looks okay but no great . What a shirt though!

the kit is ok, but with that picture it looks like marseille are going censored this season

It is a smart kit, simple(Spain,Greece etc) with a smartish coller, and the imprinted coat of arms.
The sponcer is too big, but the French do not really do suptlety when it comes to sponcers-never have done to the best of my knowledge kind of pile them high and sell them cheap!

french clubs always have such bizarre sponsors. st etienne once had a tv magazine sponsor them.
the italian teams always had unusual sponsors too. and there is this odd love of english words that make no sense when put together in italy.
i once saw a guy in rome wearing a jacket that said \"true cocoa\" on the back. he didn\'t know why i was laughing!!!!
i like that marseille shirt though.

JUST TO LET YOU ALL KNOW THE SPONSOR IS WRONG, THE NEW SPONSOR WILL BE BETCLIC.
