Corinthians unveiled the new Home, away and goalkeeper kits for the 2008-09 season made by Nike. Even though the club has been recognized by the colours black and white for most of its history, the first Corinthians' kit originally consisted of cream shirts and black shorts (Alvi-Negro).
But when the shirts were washed, the cream colour gradually became white. After that, early in the club's history, the official colours were changed, so the club wouldn't waste much money on buying new kits.
Friends of football shirt culture, the Corinthians new home and away kit are very beautiful. And I talk this not just a Corinthians fan, but as a shirt aficionado. Even nike has changed the classical home and away uniform, both are very nice.
But here in Brazil we have a problem with the shirts brand.
Both Nike and Adidas donīt make their shirts with the same material that the shirts are made around the world.
Nike still uses its outmoded DRY-FIT (not the actual Sphere-Dry), different than Manchester, Internazionale and others teams. Even Flamengo which shirt is made by nike too has this outmoded quality jersey. Just to remember Boca Juniors shirt follow the pattern of international quality jerseys.
For teams which jersey is Adidas, the same thing happens too, but not so riciculous as nike. All shirts are CoolMotion, even those that players uses. But, I know that the adidas shirt that are saleing for fan are CoolMotion too, not ForMotion, as the players use.
I hope that one day we can enjoy this kind of quality from Nike and Adidas offer for everyone around the world.
The last thing, even the Brasilian national shirt is not the same as the players use, we donīt have the opportunity to choose what kind of shirt we wanna buy and have to buy terrible quality shirts.

It's a tragedy that Brazil still is the third world country and is the country that produces players as Saudi Arabia produces oil. European football is the Bush family.
Great Shirts, especially the away one, but this white square in the sponsor is horrible. But, there are rumours that the gonna remove that square and put the sponsor name in white.

News here in Brazil is that the white square on the away shirts will be take off! If so, it'll be one of the best shirts Nike has ever done for Corinthians!
